The paper submission process is organized in two steps: 

Step 1: Abstract submission (extended): 15 March 2018

All abstracts of papers, accepted for the conference, will be published in the MIC 2018 Book of Abstracts.

Step 2: After the conference, authors will be invited to publish their full paper either in the:

  1. MIC 2018 Conference Proceedings  - 30 September 2018 - or
  2. special issues of the international peer-reviewed academic journals supporting the MIC 2018 - deadline: 30 June 2018

Full papers sent to the Conference Proceedings will be subject to a peer review process, by which reviewers are mostly members of the MIC international programme board. Papers sent to the Special/Thematic Issues will be reviewed following journals' normal review criteria. List of Special/Thematic Issues is available here.

Authors can also decide to send their full papers to the regular issues of the supporting journals to the conference, following the rules of the journal.
