A detailed sessions' timetable will be available in May 2017, before the conference.
Paper Presenters please note: you can present your paper either in regular session (classic oral presentation) or in the poster session.
Oral presentation in regular sessions:
Each session room will be equipped with computer projector. Each paper presenter needs to prepare his/her own Power Point or PDF file and bring it in the USB key to the conference meeting room 10 minutes before the session begins.
Each session will contain 4 - 6 papers with 90 minutes totally, and each paper presentation takes approx. 12 minutes at most. The remaining time is for session discussions.
The poster session will be held in the Conference Lobby. The available board area for poster presentations is 100 cm (width) x 120 cm (height). You must provide your own printout of the poster itself. Scotch tape and the session paper designation sign will be provided by the conference staff. You are requested to set up your poster in the morning, and remove it at the end of the poster session. One of the paper co-authors must be present and available for discussion at the poster session.
